What do we look for in our partners?
- Compliance with certified management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
- Technical reliability and consistency with LATI’s quality requirements;
- Transparency, impartiality, and absence of conflicts of interest.
How does the selection work?
- LATI qualifies 100% of suppliers before initiating any purchasing relationship;
- Raw material suppliers are subject to preliminary evaluation through the Preliminary Vendor Evaluation Form;
- Every year, LATI also evaluates suppliers based on sustainability criteria.
We share our Supplier Quality Manual with all our suppliers to ensure clarity and alignment from the start.
